1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from our online shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don’t like the sound of these terms, it’s best to put that broomstick in reverse and fly elsewhere.

2. Orders and Payment

Once you’ve selected your magical items and completed your payment, we’ll begin preparing your order for dispatch. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering—no IOUs, love potions, or promises of first-born children will be accepted.

3. Pricing and Availability

We do our best to keep our stock enchanted and up-to-date, but occasionally, a mischievous gremlin might cause an item to appear available when it’s not. If this happens, we’ll let you know faster than you can say “abracadabra” and offer you an alternative or a full refund.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days, depending on the alignment of the stars (and postal service efficiency). Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the whims of the postal pixies.

5. Returns and Refunds

Not quite the right spellbook? Don’t fret. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items in their original condition for a refund or exchange. However, custom-made magical items and digital downloads are non-returnable unless they’re faulty or the wrong item was sent.

6. Cancellations

If you have a sudden change of heart (or the crystal ball said it’s a bad day to shop), you can cancel your order before it’s dispatched for a full refund. Once it’s out the door, though, you’ll need to wait for delivery and then return it to us.

7. Liability

While we do our utmost to ensure the safety and quality of our products, Misfit Magick Publishing is not responsible for any unintended magical consequences, mysterious mishaps, or paranormal events that may occur from using our products. Use your purchases wisely!

8. External and Affiliate Links

Occasionally, you might come across external or affiliate links sprinkled throughout our website, like breadcrumbs leading to enchanted groves. While we only share links to things we think you’ll love, any purchases made through these links are entirely your responsibility. We can’t be held accountable for anything that happens once you leave our magical domain—consider yourself warned!

9. Privacy

We’ve got a whole other spell (also known as a Privacy Policy) dedicated to keeping your details safe. In short, we won’t share your personal info with any nosy ghouls, goblins, or marketing demons. You can rest assured your secrets are safe with us.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be settled in a court of law, not by a duel at dawn or a trial by combat (no matter how tempting that might sound).

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions whenever we see fit (or when the moon is full). We recommend checking back here regularly to make sure you’re in the know.
